If your household income is between 133% – 400% of Federal Poverty Limit, you are eligible. 75% of Americans will be eligible.
You can no longer be denied coverage or charged additional premiums for pre-existing conditions or any other health issues.
All new plans will have fall under these four categories. Most silver plans will be eligible for subsidy.
Open enrollment period starts on November 1st and ends on December 15th. You will not be able to buy health insurance after this period.
